Anticipation...First Day In Niseko

Its funny ya know. Anticipation. It drives us to the far reaches of the world. The anticipation of riding fresh lines, getting face shots and sharing memories with your friends, new and old. Today is just that. I awoke at 8 am, fresh off the jet lag from my journey to Niseko, to one of the most beautiful sites you can awake to. Powder!! It has been snowing all night and snowed into the day and more is on the way. It going to just get better I hope or so they say. Japan is an incredible place and I can't wait to get consumed into its coulture and more importantly its powder. Here are few photos from Today. I am promising to stay motivated and bring at least one photo each day from my travels. There is no snowboarding photos in this one but you can imagine 5 guys charging through trees and 5 smiles poking through snow encrusted expressions. For incredible images of snowboarding from one of the greatest photographers changing the way we view snowboarding each and everyday, check out blottophoto.com. Thanks for looking

Arrived In Niseko

Officially been traveling for 24 hours now since Seattle. Super exhausted from the journey but well worth. Neil Hartmen just picked up Myself, Jack, Blotto, Keegan and T-Bird from the airport and drove us two hours to Niseko. Made a mandatory stop at 7-11 for some dinner(if you have ever been to Japan then you know how clutch 7-11 is). And now its time to get some rest. Before I go to bed I just thought I would take two photos of the view from my room. Currently it is snowing moderately and more is on its way. The reports are calling for a big dump on Tuesday. Stay tuned more to come.

SeattleBikeRide

I got to spend a few days home before heading to Japan on Saturday. What better way to enjoy a nice day in Seattle than go for a ride with Amber. Can't wait for more days like this in the summer.
